Shelby & Josh’s July elopement at Sun Point was the perfect blend of cozy, emotional, and joy-filled moments (with just the right amount of Montana adventure sprinkled in). They started their day at a dreamy lakeside rental on Swan Lake, where Shelby’s mom did her hair (so special), her best friends helped her get dressed, and she shared a quiet, heartfelt first look and private vows with Josh right on the shores of Swan Lake.
From there, the crew made the trek along Going-to-the-Sun Road, a first for many of their guests, who stepped out of the car a little wide-eyed and completely blown away by the views. Same every time, honestly.
Their ceremony, led by one of their closest friends, was incredibly meaningful, full of sweet words, tears (yes, friends crying at the first kiss), and so much love. Josh’s mom, just weeks post-surgery, made the climb up to Sun Point like an absolute legend.
The whole day felt effortless: warm, breezy, and full of the kindest people. Shelby & Josh are the definition of laid-back and deeply in love, and their wedding weekend? One no one will ever forget.
