Autumn is one of the most picturesque times to get married in Montana. It’s also a bit of a gamble with Mother Nature, albeit one that’s totally worth it.
Hailing from the midwest, these two almost missed each other in life. Just before Anthony was planning to move out of state, he met Emily, who had just returned to Nebraska. They fell in love over the things that matter: the goals they share, they way they lift each other up, and how each makes the other feel so incredibly special.
The weather may have been chilly for Emily and Anthony’s September nuptials, but the love shared between these two was so strong that it kept all of us warm. With family and friends wrapped in blankets, snuggled up close to one another, we got to be a part of a moment of these two people’s lives that nearly brought each and every one of us to tears.
It doesn’t matter if you want to call it a “family elopement” or an “intimate wedding,” but what was shared on the shores of Lake McDonald between Emily and Anthony on this day was a breathtaking experience that reminded each and every one of us of the importance of love, family, and commitment.
Thank you, Emily and Anthony, for letting us be a part of your special day. We wish you a lifetime of love, adventure, and laughter.
