When the forecast says rain, wind, and possible chills even though it’s August—but your heart says HECK YES—you get a Jill & Erika kind of elopement. These two, along with their sweet little service pup Penny, made magic happen at Ryan’s Beach in Glacier National Park, and honestly? We’re still not over it.

They got ready at Stay Treetops Glacier—a dreamy, tucked-away spot that set the tone perfectly. The day was moody (in the best dramatic-rom-com kind of way). By the time we made it to the beach, the skies calmed—as if nature itself knew love was about to take center stage.

Kate led a heartfelt ceremony that had everyone misty-eyed (okay, fine, it wasn’t just the rain), but the moment that really had us all EMOTIONAL before that? Jill surprised Erika with Tin Finley’s “Marry Me, Archie” live before the ceremony. Yes, live. Yes, on the beach. Yes, with Erika and Jill slow dancing like the stars of their own indie love film. Their joy and love for each other was absolutely electric—radiating through every glance, every laugh, and every quiet moment in between. It was the kind of connection that lights up a cloudy day and leaves everyone around them glowing too.

After vows were exchanged and tears were dried, Big Bend greeted us with gusty winds and a lot of rain, but Jill and Erika were all smiles and we took some lovely photos. Then all three (yes, Penny too!) celebrated with the most adorable little cake from Fleur Bake Shop. Total bliss.
