A Love Reconnected

Amanda and James started their love story long before their 12/12/2023 wedding day in Glacier National Park. They knew each other in high school, went their separate ways and started their lives. A chance meeting at a friend’s birthday brought them back together and the rest was history.

They had the shore of Lake MacDonald to themselves for their crisp, winter wedding. A little snow on the ground, blue sky peeking out from behind the clouds and the reflection of Glacier’s mountains on the glassy lake was a spectacular backdrop for their ceremony at Ryan’s Beach.

Their wedding was a beautiful blending of families and love. Their four kiddos, ranging in age from 7 to 11 brought the ceremony to life with uncontrolled giggles and laughter. Their ceremony was joyful and intimate, the two of them, joining their families, with Amanda’s parents and James’ mom in attendance. Big smiles and a tear or two from the mom’s made it all complete.

Winter weddings in Glacier are stunningly beautiful but Glacier put on a real show for Amannda and James to start their lives as husband and wife. It was such a joy to be a part of bringing their families together and joining the two of them in marriage.
